BISHOP WELLESLEY ALANZO BLAIR, affectionately called W.A. Blair, is the Administrative Bishop for the New Testament Church of God in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. He is currently in charge of 365 New Testament Churches in Jamaica and four in The Cayman Islands. He is the husband of Yvonne Blair; he is a graduate of Bethel Bible College. He has served in several churches and has served as director for evangelism for 18 years.

In June 2009 he made history when, with the unanimous support of his Police Authority colleagues, he became the first independent member of West Midlands Police Authority to be elected Chair. He is one of the District Bishops of the New Testament Church of God and has also served the church in a number of capacities. He has travelled extensively speaking in the UK, Europe, Caribbean, US and Africa. He is married, a father and a grandfather
